My DH and I have just had a wonderful Mexico vacation plop on our lap. We are taking DS son along, too, but not telling him til it gets closer.

Anyway, We are going the first part of THIS JANUARY. Now, I'm very excited, don't get me wrong, but now want to kick up my weightloss efforts to 200 percent!!:7

Here are my stats, please put together a rotation that will kick me in to gear and get the best possible results.

I'm 5'6" weigh 186. I have all of Cathe's DVD's except for the Hardcore Series. I teach step aerobics for an hour twice a week. I have an elliptical machine and Cardio Coach 2, 3 and 4.

Any advice from you or anyone else is VERY MUCH APPREICATED!!!

Oh, I realize that eating is a huge part of this, too, and I'm working on a very clean diet, too.

Marcia, I read this and will get back to you. I'll check out some older rotations and see if you'd be interested in any of them. Give me some time.
