Hi Everyone! I hope you are all enjoying the new year. I wanted to let you know that I will be away this week at the Fitness Super Show in Orlando, Florida promoting the High Step with Escalade Sports. I will be back Friday Jan 16th. Have a great week

Oh Cathe, you lucky gal!! Try not to think of me in the below 0 degree weather up here in NY. Yesterday the high temp was 0 and last night it was 10 below ( I am not sure what the wind chill factor was, probably 40 below). I believe it is supposed to get to 8 above today. Have Fun!!!

Oh how I wish I was with my Dad this week. He just left this morning with his golf buddies for their annual golf excursion in Orlando. Maybe I sould reach him and get him to swing by for an autograph? Hmmm...

I am so bummed!! My fiancee is taking me to Universal studios for my 30th birthday but I won't be there until the 16th! I would have loved to bump into you, to tell you in person how much I love your workouts!!
