No, not Jane Fonda & Gin Miller, but the Venice Beach guys.

Jack LaLanne is celebrating his 90th birthday tomorrow! His wife Elain has nixed some of his celebratory ideas but I bet he's got something cooked up. His shows are on ESPN classic.

Harold Zinkin, the inventor of the Universal Machine just died. I wish the LA Times obiturary was online because there's an incredible photo of Zinkin as the base of a 4 man pyramid (Jack LaLanne is one of the other men). Zinkin is doing a backbend (a yoga wheel) with a man standing on his torso, a man (Jack) standing on his shoulders, & the 4th standing on his shoulders!

I'm not a fan of body building but I do appreciate the contribution these guys made to fitness.

Jack LaLanne is one of my DH's heroes (along with Joe Weider). I'll have to pass along your news of his 90th b'day, Debra! Thanks for sharing. And, like you said, I'll bet he has something up his sleeve for the event!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JACK!! So glad he lived to see all fitness has become in this country!! He was on TV doing his thing before it was "cool" to exercise and be fit!!!
