fitness models - diets and workouts

In response to the thread in the Ask Cathe forum about training diets, I have found this great website that profiles a few dozen fitness models, and each of them gives some details about their diets and workout regimens. I know Cathe is reluctant to give out specifics about her diet, so this may help those of you who want to know how fitness models get so cut.

Ya know.....I checked out the Fitness Models website and maybe it's just me, but every girl has huge breasts! Are they getting them done, or do they just really well-endowed!

Yeah, I'm alittle jealous, but come on!!!!

Yes, they are totally fake! You can't possibly have such low body fat and have real boobs that large. (Or you're just super lucky!)
 
You would think that with all the working out and strenuous diet that they would realize that's not to smart to alter your body that way........oh well I'm a mom with 3 kids and stretch marks....what do I know?:+ :7

I know a girl who won a national championship on a team. She is very beautiful and was asked to do a photo shoot for a sports mag. After her day of pic taking she was called into the office and told that none of her footage could be used - she should go get implants and then they'd use her as a model. She never did. Her pics were never used and she was never called on again. Sad but true. A decade later she's still very fit, very beautiful but not incredibly rich or well known!

I noticed a lot of these girls use fat burners too. Aren't these pills dangerous? There were only a very small percentage that did not use these "quick fixes".

I am going to check that site out. I had been doing a search for similar things, and got frustrated at all the....porno, for lack of a better word. Fitness competitor/body builders who decided then it was a good idea to have some nude pictures taken, and not so tasteful. This is the logical progression? Why? No thanks.
 
Thanks so much for the website. It gives some great diet tips. I do agree with the implant issue. Breasts are just made up of fat and no way you can get down to that level of bodyfat and have really big boobs. One of my sisters got down to a size 0. Very low bodyfat. However, her boobs look like deflated cow udders. She would have to get implants to look average. And knowing her, she would probably get them on the big side. She has awesome biceps but I don't know how long she is going to keep up with not eating and smoking and killer workouts to retain those results. :(

I look at those women and admire the discipline that it takes to get there but I wouldn't want to work that hard for someone to tell me my boobs aren't big enough!;(

But it does seem like that's the first area to lose and the hips/butt/thighs are the last. Why is that?!!!!!!!!!!!!!;( :)
