Fitness Freak's January rotation results.....so far

Well, I started Debbie's January Muscle building rotation just over 3 weeks ago, but had to take a week off due to having a sinus/upper respiratory infection last week. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that this rotation has been an answer to prayer!!! Since last May, I have been fighting the scale and have basically stopped losing weight, even though I increased my workouts in both time and intensity.

In the last 3 weeks, I have lost 9 lbs!!! WOW!!! Is all I can say!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again, Debbie!!!

I think that part of the success of the program is that when I started, I also made a commitment to squeaky clean eating because I wanted to get "true" results.

Holy Cow, I just never expected results like that!!! I still have 2 weeks to go!

Eating clean is 85% of the battle! Keep it up, you will never go back to eating junk again. Once your body gets use to eating clean it won't be able to tolerate junk food anymore. I have the occasional candy bar and pizza but not too often. And when I do, I pay for it!

I did have one question, however, Debbie. When I get done with this rotation, in light of the success that I have had with it, what would you recommend that I do next? Repeat the rotation or try something different? I usually don't have difficulty with this type of thing, but then again, I really haven't had any success with a rotation in the past working so well for me!

Thanks again!

Oh, I hear you about the junk!!! Over the past several months, I have slowly gotten myself off the junk! Every once in a while, I indulge and the first thing I realize is that I've a monster of a headache!!!

Thanks again for taking the time to read my post!!! (and the effort into the original rotation!!!)

If this rotation is working so well for you I think you should do it again. Maybe up the weights from what you did last time just to keep challenging your body. Maybe do some different cardios in place of the ones that I have outlined.

That's kind of the thought process I was going through, I just wanted to run it by someone else! Thanks again!

Oh, one last thing....when I started the rotation just 3 weeks ago, I was super proud that I was doing dumbbell curls with 10 lbs! Yesterday, I was doing S&H DB curls with 15's!!! I can't wait for the next round!

Amy,
congratulations on your success! That's fantastic--I'm going to try Fitness Freak's rotation too. thanks for posting.

Debbie
Just wanted to tell you how terrific you are to come up with all these rotations and suggestions for everyone. I really look forward to seeing your ideas and suggestions. They're amazing! I've only been working out with Cathe's dvds for a couple of months. I started watching her workouts on FitTV last fall while recovering from a partial hysterectomy. Needless to say, I'm loving her! Between Cathe's workouts and the great advice I find in the forums (Lots from YOU!), I'm motivated to work out harder than I ever have before. I'll be 44 in May, but I feel healthier and stronger than I have in years! My previous tough tapes (billy blanks, karen voight) are now my "light days" workout. Ha! Anyway, I had to tell you what a gem you are and send this HUGE THANK YOU !!

I just completed FitnessFreaks's January rotation and had the following results:

Waist - Lost an inch
Thighs - Lost 1/4"
Biceps - gained 1/2"

Thanks FitnessFreak. Your rotations always get the job done. This is the third rotation of yours that I've done and I always get great results.
