Hello Debbie,
I am your age and I would like to know how to get rid of the baby belly. My oldest daughter is 22 and she really stretched my lower abdomen area. I have never been able to lose it what exercises do you suggest?

Do you have any of Cathe's DVD's? Any of her ab workouts are excellent. I highly recommend the ones from Kick, Punch & Crunch, Step, Jump & Pump, any of the ones from 4DS as they work the lower abs really well, Muscle Endurance, Body Max 2, etc. These stand out to me because I feel they are Cathe's best.

How is your diet? Are you eating clean? Do you eat 5-6 times a day or every 3 hours? Are you on a workout schedule right now?

I have total body sculpt, muscle max, kickmax, low impact circut, body fusion. I try to eat 5-6 small meals aday doesn't always workout. I don't eat the cleanest I need to do better in that area. I am currently doing a rotation that lainie designed for me. I also have timesaver blast.

Forgot to mention I have a high step with high step challenge but haven't taken it out of the box yet and I have ab hits.
 
Ok, well again, diet is the most important thing to get your abs to show. THE MOST IMPORTANT. They will not show with a layer of fat covering them up. You can do all the ab workouts in the world and nothing will define them unless your body fat is less then 16%. I usually stay between 14-15% for the summer and my abs show really nice.
