Hi there I am going to be finishing up my (your) first rotation I am doing the Leg Blast Rotation. I love it I must admit I am really liking lifting weights now. So what rotation should I go to next? I have all CAthes Dvd's. I have an elliptical. I am waiting on my new Treadmill to arrive and my recumbent bike is being shipped on the 10th of March. I also have both P90x and P90xPlus and I am going to get a bar for the doorway.
I do not even know what you need to do to put together a rotation or how to so Thank you for any input for me.

That sure would have helped you. Well I build muscle in my legs quickly so I would like to lean out on the thighs and continue building muscle upper I like what this rotation has done for me I actually went 30 lbs for squats and deadlifts I am hoping to shoot for 35lbs this last week of the rotation.

So does this make sense? and can you help?

Oh My Goodness you are not even going to believe this but I printed this one out yesterday because I thought it looked pretty darn good. So, It looks Fabulous and I am going to give it a try. Question I only have Yoga Buns (Denise Austin) and the 2 P90X and Plus will those be ok I could look to see whats on Comcast but they do not seem to be to challenging any suggestions of yoga I could pick up at a store?

Doesn't matter what yoga you do. Find something you like and use it. You can even use Cathe's Stretch Max if you want.

Have fun with this rotation! Please let me know how you do with it when you are done.
