Fitness Freak, Wherever you are...

I wanted to compliment you on your Muscle Building and Defining Rotation. I am at the middle of week three right now and I have already gotten results...

1. My chest looks great! My breasts have been lifted, miraculously, and my clothes just fit so much better.
2. My legs are more muscular and my pants already fit better in the thighs and buns area.
3. My shoulders are stronger, which means that placing the barbell there isn't as stressful anymore.
4. My waist has lost about 1/2 an inch, but I attribute that more to my eating than the routine.

I love the set up of this rotation. I have never done weight work and cario on the same day (except for circuit training) and I really like it.

Anyway, I hope you see this and thanks again for this rotation. It has really helped me to break out of my plateau.:)
