What is Cardio Coach? Do you recommend it? Also, I hate to be personal but are you a trainer...you seem so knowlegable!!

Check out www.cardiocoach.com - They are workouts you can do on any piece of cardio equipment. Sean O'Malley is your coach and he guides you through the workouts. They are outstanding cardio workouts. Check the Open Forum, there are lots of threads about CC workouts.
