I know you must be bombarded with all sorts of questions but I was wondering if you could help me out. I was trying to come up with a rotation last night but I couldnt do it. I just finish lifting heavy for around 10 weeks(4ds) and Im taking next week off. I would want to make a rotation using cathe's dvd's (I have almost all of them). I would love to do a circiut type focusing on legs(trying lean them out). I know that you once did a fatloss rotation for someone a while back which you kept it under an hour which was great especially the first week because the first week had I believe had 3 leg work outs in it. Anyway if you do get to see this post answer me thank you sooo much because I know your a busy person!!!!!!!! If you dont thats fine toooo Ill keep trying... Have a great day
