Hi

I was hoping maybe you can help me out or maybe someone can give me some ideas:


Here is what I have and what I will be ordering (I have been trying to find my some of cathe's on the yaya board but no luck:eek:( so I will have to order today:eek:)

I have:
basic step and body fusion ( I may be traiding this as I'm not good at step at all)
KPC and legs and glutes
Ripped to the core Jari
Slim in 6 (thisi is just ok Ilike cathe better)
high step circut

Getting unless you think I should be getting something else:eek:)

Squeeze
Cathe Pryamaids or Gym Style
Cathe Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance


My goal is to loose about 10lbs or so but more importantly loose inches around hips and thighs, tone arms for that tank top lol and tone tummy.

Any Advice? I really really really appreciat it.
