fitness freak a question

Hi there. I broke my leg yesterday and was wondering if there was a rotation that you might be able to do for me if you have time? I could start next week I think and it would have to be upper body only. If you can't I totally understand. I was doing your Muscle building from Jan and loved it btw! I have most videos except push pull/supersets and most of the beginner ones and don't have stretch. I also have p90x, p90 master series, slim in 6, slim series and turbo jams.

I'm sorry to hear your broke your leg. Honesly, I have no idea how to put together a rotation for just upper body. I am also a little hesitant in doing so because of your injury. Did your doctor tell you it was ok to do upper body work? You'd be surprised how the legs come into play to stabilize yourself during almost any exercise.
 
No. The doc just told me to keep my leg elevated for a week and not to put any weight on it. I figured if I stabilized my leg after that and just did sitting exercises it would be alright. I have to do something or Im going to go insane!

Then I would just rotate the upper body workouts you have from Cathe but only work upper body three times a week. Any more and it will be counter-productive. Make sure you give your upper body at least one if now two days rest between each workout.
