Hi there. I broke my leg yesterday and was wondering if there was a rotation that you might be able to do for me if you have time? I could start next week I think and it would have to be upper body only. If you can't I totally understand. I was doing your Muscle building from Jan and loved it btw! I have most videos except push pull/supersets and most of the beginner ones and don't have stretch. I also have p90x, p90 master series, slim in 6, slim series and turbo jams.
