Fitday for PC

I really like the Fitday online for free, but I cannot enter in custom exercises. My question is on Fitday PC it says you can enter custom exercises, but can you enter your custom calories burn etc. I have a HRM and I want to enter in those numbers into a program.

Yes, I have the Fitday program, and it does allow you to enter your custome exercises and related calorie burn (I have entered several base on my HRM). I have found the Fitday program to be extremely useful (I also used to use the online version). My ONLY complaint: it doesn't track vitamin K (while the online version does - odd). Its worth the ~$20 bucks, IMO.

You can enter a custom activity with custom calories but not HR information (not sure if that matters to you).
