I have been watching you on fittv your ad work out, went on vacation came back and have not been able to locate it at all been looking for about 2 weeks have you removed the ab work out from fit tv? I see other work out which I also do but I found your ab one to work the best for me.

Not Cathe, but I did watch Core Max on Fit TV this AM. That is a great ab workout that seems to be quite effective for me!

I think all of her workouts go in and out of rotation on Fit TV. I was really bummed because I recorded CoreMax on dvr about 6 weeks ago, then it was erased and hasn't been on again. But I think Core Max and Stretch Max are back this week -- in my area at 7 pm and 7:30 pm respectively.
