Fit TV vs. DVDs

So, I recorded a few workouts and am just wondering if I am missing a whole lot. I would love to purchase Cathe's entire collection, but can't afford to do that right now and am wondering how comparable or not the Fit TV versions are. I can already tell there is a lot cut out and don't want to over or underwork certain parts. I'm thinking maybe I can supplement with other workouts I already own...
Thanks!

Hmmm... Good question, the ones I saw were just random I think- I can't remember what day, but I know it was either real early or real late, because it was when I was at home on a weekday and I work full time, so it was before or after. Sorry, that doesn't help much :p

You can go to their website and it'll tell you what time she is on. Here she is on at 7 & 11 am and 7pm usually.

The shorter workouts like Supersets and Push Pull would have almost the entire workout. The longer workouts such as Kick, Punch & Crunch leave out quite a lot as does Step, Jump & Pump. I think Step Blast leaves off part of the Step Blast Challenge. On Upper Body Pyramid, I think the ab work is left out.

Thanks Marcy. I did Step, Jump, and Pump the other day and it felt so unbalanced; I was sure Cathe didn't really design the workout that way.

i watch fit tv religously just to kinda preview cathe workouts that i may want to buy that i don't already have and it is sooo much more different than owning the dvd. it is edited to heck, . .i know what you mean about buying the dvd's they get expensive i would invest in 2 dvd's a cardio and weight workout and just reward yourself every few months with another. slowly grow your library, . . it is all well worth the money.

That's a good suggestion to just slowly add DVDs as money permits. I've been trying to explain to DH that it's really NOT the same as just doing the Tivo versions :p
