First, let me tell you that I continue to support you and I appreciate all that you do for your customers and fans. You are awesome!
Second, I wanted to ask if you would help me get the word out to all DISH Network subscribers regarding the FIT TV channel. I have been doing my best to request the channel on my own through the DISH Network methods. Finally, yesterday, I received a return e-mail AND phone call stating that DISH Network would only consider the new channel if more requests were received from other subscribers.
Well, I am only one person (;-)pretty loud voice but not loud enough;-)), so I am asking that ALL DISH network subscribers submit similar requests. Customer service basically told me that this channel would NOT be added until more requests were received.
Cathe, is there anything that FIT TV can do on their end by approaching DISH Network?
