I was wondering about the way I have been working out. Monday through Friday with Cathe from 7 am to 8 am. I take Sat and Sun off but, I chop wood and keep active . (not too active.) Is this a good way to exercise?
5 days on 2 days off? Just curious. Thanks Cathe, for you and you fit show. I am scaring, myself with my fitness level. 46 and feelin 15!
