I completed FS low impact cardio and shred cardio today even though today is not my cardio day (tomorrow is my official cardio day and I'll be doing FS mixed impact cardio). I really enjoyed both workouts. Because I am step-challenged, two left feet, I just used the board. Then I blended the shred into one that will work better for my coordination and my knees. After mixed impact tomorrow, I'm going to do FS bonus abs. I tried the Pike Curls just on a whim today and they went well, so I think I can make it through the rest of the workout. I was really worried about those, but they were good. Phew! Someone mentioned WAGS in a thread for protecting your wrists and I'm thinking of investing in a pair. Stay strong, superfriends!!
