Fit for Xmas-weekend edition

Hi everyone,

Just got through with Christi Taylor's Totally Hot Cardio and am so excited and pleased with my workout. I pretty much nailed the choreography and was able to do all the turns and twists. What a fun workout. And boy, was I sweating now that I could give it my all!

Today have to do lots of things to get ready for the holidays. I have to get my tree, work on my Christmas cards, and do some last minute shopping to complete everything for everyone. I'd also like to do some baking (I know, the kiss of death eating wise, but it's something that to me is so festive) but I'll see how much other stuff I get done. How's everyone else doing with their preparations?

Rhonda, did you take today as your scheduled day off or Thursday (or both)? If you worked out today, what did you substitute in?

Hope everyone's having a great weekend.

Hi everyone-
yesterday was a day off (Fri was Step Blast & upper body) and today it looks like 10-10-10 to burn off the calories from this weekends festivities. Sabine, how long is Totally Hot Cardio? sounds like a good one!

Every day gets closer to Christmas and I am procrastinating!! there is so much to do and I can't seem to pull the trigger on anything. To top it all off our tree which we bought the day after Thanksgiving is dead and is starting to look like Charlie Brown's tree so we need a new one...

hope all of you are having a great weekend.

:)

Hi Everyone,

Sabine - I did a margaret richard workout on Saturday. Just couldn't get myself to do a heavy workout so I opted for Margaret. It was called Perfect 10 and it fit the bill. Nice and short at 30 minutes. Sunday was a complete rest day for me.

Saturday my hubby and I did all the christmas shopping. I still want to go and get him a couple of things but other than that we are done. Got the Tree on Sunday but still have to decorate it. Not sure if I am going to do any baking this year or not. Hard to believe less than two weeks and Christmas is here.

Tomorrow I plan on getting up and doing the step portion of MIC in the morning. The Hi-lo in the evening.

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
Rhonda

You Fit-for-Christmassers have a lot of plans! I wanted to say "hi" to Sabine! Have a fun day working on all your Christmas stuff. I better get on my Christmas cards too!
