I thought I would start today since I missed yesterday. I did go back and re-read Fit for Xmas - 12/16.
The first burning question is - Sabine - did UPS deliver?
Pinky it sounds like you did really well on your first trip through step blast. I had such a time with the third combo i did a special session on it -and still had problems when I did the entire workout the next time. It was the fast foot repeater that got me messed up - and really I don't know why because that is basically one of the IMAX2 intervals (5 or 6 maybe?)
Lori, glad you're feeling better. Jillybean's rotations are really intense. I'm always interested but I think they may be just too much for me.
Sabine, I don't think I strained a muscle - is there something like doing too much stretching but not really straining? I don't know, maybe its just a coincidence and I was really worn out from other workouts.
Rhonda, how was the Red Wing game? I'm thinking Detroit hockey? Am I right? I'm more aware of baseball and basketball. If it is any comfort, I have many days when anything and everything goes in my mouth - just had one yesterday, in fact. I was so miserable with my feeling crummy, not working out, eating too much that I couldn't find the energy to stop in and say hello to all of you. For some strange reason I'm feeling better today. Could all of this be hormones!?! or Horriblemoans as my daughter calls them.

ps almost forgot - I had fun doing Christie's solid gold cardio this morning. I've done it enough that its not thoroughly confusing but not so much that it still works my brain.
