Morning ladies. I'm down in the keys enjoying the beautiful weather. I got up this morning and went for a run at 6:30a.m. It was nice this morning but windy so that made it tough. Plus i have a chest cold so my breathing was difficult. Other than that, it was a great workout. I hope you guys have a great day.
