Fit for Tday Monday

Hi Everyone,

So are we all feeling fit for Tday yet? I must be honest I'm not but luckily there is still time so yea to that!!
 
ah yes, time!!! I am no where near my goal weight, but must say that in the past few weeks, albeit very slowly, I have started seeing and feeling results. Not necessarily on the scales mind you, but in the way my clothes fit (or don't!) so that gives me insiration to keep going!

I have done the first week of Cathe's November rotation and start week 2 today! And, I am excited to have added 3 new DVD's, a new full sized step and the incline risers! All should be here this week and I am just so excited!

so buck up little Eriniski and the rest of the T-dayers! we have 17 more days until Thanksgiving! Plenty of time to build that suit of armour and pound out that shield to protect us from those dreaded Calories and Fat! (and no I didn't watch Mel Gibson and Braveheart last night! ;)

I don't have a lot of cheer leading skills, but what I do have is;
Hey! It's Monday already people, get your bodies in here and check in. It's mandatory don't you know.(well, maybe it is).LOL! It's only to help you get through the Turkey Day. That is not much longer. Come on now it's just around the cornor.

OK then, I'll be using the treadmill walk again. (Boring) but at least I'm doing something. My eating though is not good. Darn! When I am able to workout, watch out people, I'll be ripping my treadmill and weight into shape!

Dani, I'm glad to hear you are improving, good for you. Continue on that path and you will see great things happening.

hey ladies. just got home a little bit ago. couldn't post this morning b/c i ran out the door in a hurry! I had a great workout this morning. I did one of my intense circuit workouts interspersed with jumping rope. its the one i posted i was going to do last friday. i never did it on friday b/c when i woke up that morning i just wasn't feeling it so i did the new squeeze stronger workout instead. i must admit that i didn't really like the squeeze workout. it was 80 minutes long so i got super bored and it just took to much time. my circuits seem so time efficient (at just under 45 minutes) and really get the job done. i may put the squeeze workout on ebay. anyway, diet has been awsome. i've really got my binging under control and my cheat meal is nice and controlled and i enjoy each bite. tomorrow will be the elliptical for 45 minutes. sounds like you ladies are doing excellent. keep up the good work and we all will be fit for t-day.
