Fit for T-Day Tuesday

2 more days and then we all get to eat some yummy food. I'm so looking forward to it! This morning i was up at 4:45 and did PUB. I worked it hard!!! My arms feel like jello right now. Its funny that i go through these phases where i like one form of exercise more than another. For the past month or so i have been more into cardio/circuit based workouts. Doing PUB this morning made me miss strength training so i may get more into that more for the upcoming month. Do you ladies find that you get good results with less cardio? I'm not sure what works best for me as i'm constantly switching things up. Well off to work. Happy tuesday everyone!

Hello! I feel like jello myself lol (shaking actually) didn't do anything crazy did a kickbox class at 6 am this am (can u believe it???). I find i do better with cardio but actually enjoy lifting more (no figure). Today is my Friday and I am psyched. Where is everyone???

HI guys! I did DM tonite so I'm a little shakey tonite too! we are all in the same boat!

Eriniski: I am so impressed with your 6am workout, especially somewhere other than your livingroom! As we have a short week, and even shorter day tomorrow, today was pretty busy so didn't have much of a chance to check in today :) but I'm still here! do you have to work before next monday if you got off early or did you just take some vacation? I'm looking forward to only a half day tomorrow and a 4 day weekend!

Kariev: you guys and your early morning workouts are making me look bad! I'm awake at 4am when DH's alarm goes off, but I rarely ever get out of bed, just don't completely go back to sleep... I'm normally not out of bed until just before 6 am! I actually started cathe with PUB and PLB! so I am especially fond of those workouts! As for the cardio... I find that less is not especially more... I actually need to do MORE cardio in my rotations because I don't do step and DH hogs the TMill... but I'm sure it just depends on what you are after for results... losing weight would call for a bit more cardio with strength on alternating days, but if you want to tone and gain strength/muscles, then more heavy or weight training is needed... I never know and haven't been doing this stuff long enough to make a very educated decision on my fitness regimine. I'm guessing it is a very personal thing... and what works for some does not for others...

anyway, have a great wednesday!
