Fit for T-Day Thursday

Morning ladies. I can't believe today is already the 13th of november. Where is the time going?! This morning i hopped on the treadmill for 45 minutes at 12% incline and 4.0mph. I had to talk myself in to getting out of bed but i managed to do it. It seems as the week comes to an end my body fights me more and wants to rest. One more day and then it can rest for 2:) Those cravings are slowly creeping in and in a couple days i will enjoy my cheat meal and get rid of them. Hope all you ladies have a good day.

Hi Kariev & all T-dayers to follow!

Job interviews over... not as much detail as we need to make an informed decision, and definately not the traditional formal interview (we met at a Casino bar and had a beer, and last night 6 of us had a steak dinner so they could meet DH, too) We are fortune (or not) to live in Vegas so everyone from our region comes here for meetings...

anyway, eating has been less than stellar to say the least! I am a very emotional eater and have been only able to moderately keep things under control for the past 2 days... I missed last nights workout because I had to run home after work and get DH for dinner last night, so no time... but I AM excited to report that my new STEP, Incline Risers and 3 new Cathe DVD's arrived yesterday!!! I will have a new workout to do tonite, even though I am doing the November Rotation... don't think anyone will fault me for swapping some w/o's around!

so, hopefully everyone else is finding it easier than me to stay on track... but I am plugging along!

Kariev: good for you in the 12% at 4.0!!! I did a pre-programmed TM w/o last week and really enjoyed the added challenge of the speed and incline going up and down... I almost forgot about that feature... I just can't get into CC, so I watch the DVR recorded shows, but get bored so don't do it much anymore... Hold fast on the eating!!! only a few more days! (I'll start taking my own advice too and put away the Chex Mix!)

will BBL to check on everyone!

Morning Kariev,

I am so proud of you. This has not been one of my better weeks but I am not going to give up. I think I must not want it bad enough and need to refocus on my goals again. This thread does help though. We should now call since closer to Thanksgiving (Bringing Fitness to our New Year)? or something like that? What do you think?

Mornin Gang,

Eriniski, "Bringing Fitness To Our New Year" sounds wonderful. I'm in, I need you guys for help to stick with my weight loss and exercise program. I've had better weeks myself. The trick is, to keep trying. I'm proud of you too Eriniski, because you are true to yourself. Way to go.

Dani, Sorry about the interview. I hope you can get more information somehow. It's really hard for me also about eating, I'm an emotional eater too. Darn! The new step, incline risers and the DVD's will give you a lot of inspiration to get you going again. YEAH!:D Keep plugging and see you later.

Kariev, I'm so very proud of you too. Those urges can get so strong, I know. Make sure though, you are eating freqently (at least 5 small meals) during the day, it helps keep me energized and I have less urges that way. Enjoy your cheat meal, you sure deserve it. Also you are an inspriation to me, thank you for that.

Take care ladies, and have a wonderful fullfilling day.

Janie

dbelden: hang in there with the eating. that is the hardest part! so you had a couple of off days. Just get back on the wagon and keep trucking and now that you got some new workouts, it should remotivate you! I know what you mean about CC. I have 5 of them thinking that i could make myself like them but i just don't. I don't believe in doing workouts you don't enjoy so i never use them.

eriniski: i think that as each holiday approaches we will change the name of this forum. I love the name you came up with! It is true that if you don't want it bad enough change won't happen. This is true in every aspect of life. Don't be so hard on yourself. Just stay positive and focus on health. When your ready, you will give it your all.
