fit for t-day sunday

morning ladies! how is everyone? i'm doing well. have my anticipated cheat meal tonight. YAY! I'm currently watching LIC and debating if i want to do it. I haven't done it in over a year. Its either that, kick punch crunch or go for a run. I normally don't workout on weekends but i'm feeling good this morning. I just need to let my breakfast digest. Hope you all have a great sunday!
 
so i decided on doing KPC. Boy, did i forget how challenging this workout is! I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow from it. I think i will try and replace one of my cardio's per week with this workout or make sure i get it in sometime on the weekend. Now i'm off to wash my car.

I am debating on my workout today as well!!! I might try KickMax that I just got this past week as I love the KPC too! I watched a bit of the first few drills thursday night, but decided to do GS chest/tri... My whole week was messed up because of the 2 nights of interviews/dinners this past week so back on track this weekend!

well ladies, no cheat meal again tonight:( my hubby said he was to tired to go out. i didn't want to waste it on fast food or take out so i opted to withhold. so my question is, if i have it tomorrow is it still safe to have one again on sunday (my usually cheat meal day)?
 
I think that is okay to have your cheat meal tomorrow as long as you stay regimened to get right back on track. and if you feel that guilty if you can tack on a little extra cardio :) but even without i think is okay.

kick max and kpc are both great w/o's. i want but havent yet wanted to try Hardcore extremes leg blast challenge looks good. :)

I agree with Eriniski too... in the big picture the fact that you were able to keep things under control during the week, I don't think that having a shorter period by one day will make that much, if any, difference in how you progress or how you feel... just as a normal cheat meal, don't go overboard because you put it off for an additional couple days (like you have to make up for lost time if that makes sense)... I tend to way overthink, even to the point of obsession, on things (unfortunately my eating habits are NOT one of them at the moment) but find when I just take it as it comes and what I feel is the right thing, it works out better than stressing over it!

I did KickMax (one of the premixes with a leg bonus) and it "kicked" my butt!!! I really LOVED it! I had to keep trying to get the combos my first time through, but glad I didn't try to do it as originally produced my first time through... Will definately have some good DOMS tomorrow... (as my "cheeks" are already a bit tight!)
