Morning ladies! I'm happy to report i was up at 6 this morning and made up for my skipped workout yesterday. I did one of my circuits with my running sprints. Right now i'm watching Cathe's endurance workout on FitTV and its making me miss working out with her. I may switch my workouts up next week. I also would like to give CC another try as i keep seeing how everyone is getting such wonderful results from it. We'll see. I was thinking of next week doing 3 cardio coaches and 2 full body cathe weight routines. and then the next week switch to 3 full bodys and 2 cardio coaches. not sure though. i will see how i feel on monday. Tonight i'm going to Cirque de Solei (spelling?) down in miami with my husband and another couple. It should be lots of fun. Hope you ladies have a good saturday!
