Good morning ladies. It sounds like we are all struggling with the holidays. I'm taking off from the 26th-5th since i will be on vacation. If i can get in a workout here and there so be it but i haven't had a rest week in 6 months so its time. Eating has been good but its been hard. There is so much holiday goodies around and i just want to sit down and eat. I'm so eager to get STS. I see Cathe hopes to start shipping by Dec 27th. I don't know what i feel like doing workout wise today. I should stick to my schedule and do my circuit but i'm feeling like i want to do a cathe leg workout. We'll see. Hope you ladies have a good day.
 
hello guys,

cold and yucky out. ready for the weekend. slowly starting to feel better (knock on wood) which is nice!!

kariev- it is hard we have chocolate right by my desk.

dani- u made me laugh about yesterday with the plug :) i guess as long as we don't go overboard.

so last night i was eating already made chicken from trader joes and bit into a bone yuck and was so grossed out that i called my mom and had her bring me over beef stew (mind you it was 9:00 at night) so wasnt exactly on point with my eating either especially since she also brought a yummy advent calendar with chocolates and it is the 17th so i had to catch up on the days right ;)

anyways i hope you are all doing well and almost xmas which i look at as days off yay!!
 
hI Ladies:

glad everyone is still hanging in there! had a bit better day today, but still busy busy busy, until now that is... I'm sitting here waiting for the plumber to come fix the kitchen sink! He just called and because it is actually snowing here in Vegas, it will probably be another hour before he gets here from across town! We dont' normally get much snow, and if it does, it generally doesn't stick. this is the 2nd time in 3 days that we will get a decent accumulation. the mountains need it, but it really does wreek havic on the city!

Kariev: good job on maintaining your eating through all the temptations of the season! I'm excited about STS too! I can't wait to put it all together and see what it can really do when I put the added "better eating" plan into effect too! hope to get some great results! Are you going anywhere special on your vaca? I'm sure you mentioned it previously, but I have a short memory, sorry :) Hope it is some place fun! (and warm!)

Eriniski: well, if you can't laugh at yourself, someone else is sure to take your place and do it for you! LOL :) so we will just hang in there and do the best we can! How funny about your chix dinner! well, not funny haha... well, ok, funny haha! I'm the same way... I bite into grissle or bone or something that tastes funky or hard that shouldn't be there, and my gag reflexes just kick into overdrive! I wouldn't have eaten it either! I am envious that your mom brought you dinner though! :) Glad you are feeling better!

hi ladies. i decided to do butts and guts today when i got home. my legs still feel like jello and i worked out over 3 hrs ago! I love cathe. She makes push myself to the limit. After that workout i couldn't do any cardio as i was crapped out! Diet has been good. Probably will go and have my cheat tomorrow. I'm thinking of adding in a cardio day on the weekend. I'm finding that whenever i do both workouts in one day, even if its only an our long, i'm totally exhausted the next day. I remember i used to do 3 weight training days and 3 cardio days with one rest day and had the best results. I think i'm going to give that a whirl. I know i have 45 minutes on the weedend to get a workout in. Plus, i'm finding that i really don't enjoy cardio coach so i don't think i'm going to keep making myself do those workouts. So tomorrow i will just jog for 45minutes or something.

erin: glad to hear you are feeling better:) Don't stress to much about your diet. You'll get back on track Jan 1st with STS.

dani: sorry your sink is broke. what a pain in a**! My husband and I are going to the bahamas on the 26th-30th and then we will be going to the keys from the 1st-5th. I'm so excited to get away and take a break from working out.
