Morning ladies! Hope all is well. Its a bit chilly here in florida this morning (50degrees). Today I was planning on doing L&G with 20-30 minutes of cardio tacked on but it may be a day off. I'm going out to my mom's straight from work to help her get a christmas tree so i'm not sure what time i will be home. The best part i'm finding with sleeping in a bit in the morning is snuggling with my husband before we both have to get up for the day. Its such a comforting and reassuring feeling. All these years of early morning exercise and i've missed out on this. For some reason, this snuggling feels more enjoyable in the weeee hours of the morning. Anyway, i may try and keep my cals at 1200 today if i'm not working out then on days i do workout have them at 1500. Diet today:
breakfast: egg sandwich, coffee
lunch: salad with grilled chicken, apple
dinner: not sure yet
If i workout i will add a pre and post workout protein shake.
I've been looking into doing turbulance training. I bought the program a long time ago but haven't put it to use. I love the idea of working out intensely 3-4 days per week for no more than 45 minutes or you can split it into 20minutes 6 days a week. We'll see.
Hope you ladies have a nice day

its really intense! thats the premise behind the program. if you either post your email or PM me it, i can send you the program i downloaded which explains the whole program. You can read his pitch on www.turbulancetraining.com and see his support forum at www.ttmembers.com The support forum is about 30 bucks a month but well worth it as it offers loads of info and new workouts. His premise is you do an intense full body workout for 20min and then do 20 minutes of intense interval cardio. You do this 3 times per week or you can alternate them. The trick is to make it intense. Also, focus on your diet. He just released a book from amazon called "just say no to cardio" Let me know if you want the ebook to read.

today i did L&G and followed it with 30minutes on the elliptical. This took almost 90minutes! Something has to give with these long workouts, which is why i'm looking into turbulance training. I want to get the most results in the least time possible. Anyway, diet was great and i feel good doing my workouts after work. I have more energy for them and i'm sleeping better. Hope you ladies had a good day!

Hi ladies!

I did less than stellar on the eating, well, ok just lunch sucked... was on my own and had to get something quick and vwalla... There was Burger King... UGH! Had a whopper jr, small onion rings and diet coke... I'm fearing what the Nutrition program has to say about that... but I got busy this morning and only got to eat half my oatmeal so I was starving on my way back from my meeting... oh well... there's always tomorrow! I had mini bagel with ham & swiss with sweet hot mustard :) yummy!

I did GSLegs tonite and boy did it kick my a$$, both literally and figuratively! my legs are like jello... my chest and tri's are killing from last nights GSCT workout too! Tomorrow I'll barely be able to get out of bed!

Kariev: I did a bit of research on the Turbulance Training as well... sounded really intersting... if it's not too much trouble, I'll take whatever you have to send on your research :) my email... [email protected] I wonder how their workouts compare to 10 Minute Trainer??? as for the workout tonite being 90 minutes, you could just do a premix and the cardio... would still give you a good workout and then the cardio...

Eriniski: hope you are feeling better from your procedure yesterday... did the Dr. restrict you for a certain number of days... take this time as a recoup week and it will be good for you! can you do stretches or anything?

Hope you both had a great day! I'm all sweaty so will hit the shower and then to bed!

cheers!
