wow ladies. Just had an amazing workout. I did burn circuit 2 and it was intense. My only complaint is that my hands get tired holding the heavy weights so i'm going to invest in some weight lifting straps to solve that problem. I ended up doing HITT afterwards. What can i say, i'm a glutton for punishment. I did sprints on the treadmill. I set the incline at 10% and speed at 8.5mph. I would jump on for 30 seconds then jump onto the sides for my recovery of 1 minute. I repeated this for 20 minutes including a 2 minute warm-up and cooldown. My whole body is trembling right now. I love how the new chalean workouts combine upper and lower body movements at the same time. It really makes the workouts intense. Tomorrow will be a steady state day first thing in the a.m. as i will be with family all day tomorrow. Hope you ladies have a great day.
