TGIF! I sooooo don't want to go to work today! I'm just not feeling it. LOL! So i've decided i'm going to try and eat 1300 cals today and see how i feel. I'm just assuming i'll be famished but i won't know till i try. We'll see if i start TT today. I'll see how i feel about it when i get home. I'll probably just end up working out to Cathe as i can't seem to stay away from her workouts. Diet has been good though i'm starting to look forward (aka: crave) my cheat meal. Hope you ladies have a good day. I'll be back later to post after my workout.
 
Well slowly getting back took an easy bootcamp today. Did you do okay with the TT? Dying to know how good it is. Did you notice that we have been dwindling down with just a few of us with our check-in? Oh well I enjoy posting since it keeps me honest ;)

So, Eriniski... you EASED back into w.o's with Bootcamp? LOL! are we talking about THE Cathe BC that leaves me gasping on the floor in a puddle of sweat? There is NOTHING easy about BC if you ask me! so kudos to you if that's what you started out with! you blew me away!

Kariev: I'm so glad it's friday too! if it wasn't for 2 meetings this morning, I'd have stayed home in bed... I'm sore all over... GS series has definately left it's mark on my bod this week... not that you can actually SEE the marks, but I am walking like an ol' lady today!!! slow and hunched over! Good job on the good eats too! I'm anxious to hear about your TT workout, so if you don't get to it this evening, let us know when you do! :)

not sure what's on tap for my w.o this evening.. will have to check the rotation and see... but will also have to take a good stiff drink just to loosen me up so I can even do a w.o... :confused:

Hi ladies, sorry to disappoint you but i skipped doing TT today. I caved for another cathe workout and did GSCT and then followed it with a 30min jog on the treadmill at 6.5mph. Mabe i will give it a go on monday? Not sure. Tomorrow my DH and I, along with some other couples, are going to Busch Gardens for the day. YAY! So i will not be around here till sunday. I'm a bit worried about diet. I'm not ready to waste my cheat on crappy food at the park so i'll do my best and bring a couple protein bars for snacks. I have a feeling that after todays workout i'm going to be super sore tomorrow. Diet was dead on and i have eaten 1350 for the day. If i get hungry i will eat something before bed since i ended up doing an intense workout today. Have you ladies read the e-book "burn the fat, feed the muscle"? i'm a member on this e-books forum (www.burnthefatinnercircle.com) and this says completely oposite what the TT prgram suggests. The BFFM creator is a huge fan of cardio. Its just so confusing. I wish there was just one way to get the results we are looking for!

erin: good job getting back to working out! Feels great after some time off doesn't it? Hope you are feeling well.

Dani: good luck on your workout tonight. Your doing so well sticking to the rotation. Keep it up!
