Hey Nora, I did end up with a blender workout after all, "Chair Fit". All weights,
And uses a chair to either sit on, do dips on, stand beside, behind, for most all
Segments except pushups. Good little workout. Mostly chapters from STS, cause a lot of them used a chair here & there!

Saturday’s workouts were 20 min. Peloton treadmill walk and blender-IMAX 2 & 3
Mix.

Add in another blender- Up & Down the Ladder (Body) basically up the front & down the back! Quads, abs, chest, biceps & front shoulders, then rear shoulders,
Triceps, back, core(planks) hamstrings & calves. It was fun!

On Month 2 of STS 2nd Week

Did Double Wave Shock Cardio Today, Back to Chest, etc tomorrow.

I am doing more barbell on Chest one which is different. I would use dumbbells for it, but I noticed I gotten stronger.

The leg part, it seems like the same, but I think I need to put more deeper part into depth of the leg. For instance, like the lunge, I need to go deeper in it and not be afraid I won’t be able to finish the workout if I put more work in it. Cathe puts in a minute to recover and I do. It not like I am huffing and a puffing.

The back and biceps one. I noticed the back one is I actually can do more weight one arm horizontal row. Instead of 15 pounds, I am going to increase it by 2 pounds. I notice it was getting light. But, I don’t have the 17 pounds, so I will add the 2 pound weight to it. Also, the alternating curl, I tried 12 pounds, but that was light and tried 15 pounds. That was the first for me was I used 15 pounds. That was a good weight because it challenged me.

One thing about STS, there is a minute of rest, which is different from some of her strength workouts. So you can concentrate on lifting heavier weight. The other workouts is there isn’t that rest period, so there is a cardio aspect, so I don’t add so much weight because I want to finish.

That is what I noticed.

Good work with STS Jen...that truly is a great and "once in a lifetime" series!!
