Hello I have been working out with you on the fit channel and I was wondering why the times keep changing. Just when I get into a routine and know to make it home because I have to get ready to work out @ 7pm the times change. I was all set to work on my core and stretching because its Monday and I put the tv on @6pm and there you are doing pyramid upper body. Is there any way to keep some kind of consistency or do you not have any control when you are on?????? I just want to know so I can figure something else out. Thanks
