I want to find out how I can obtain a copy of "Fit and Firm". I know it's an older tape, but the reviews I have read are really great. I've got all of Cathe's tapes and rotate them, however, I'm always looking for something new -- has this been discontinued? If not, can I order it? Thanks!

Hi, jthornton! I had a copy of this and just sold it to another Cathe forum regular, but someone else also posted that if you go to half.com they have a couple copies of this tape right now. One is really cheap, only $3.50 plus shipping, but they say it is in "acceptable" condition (sounds like a euphamism for "seen better days"! But there was another copy available for $16.00 plus shipping that was in excellent condition.
I'm not sure why this tape was discontinued--I thought it was a wonderful tape. It is basically a weight training tape, but not quite as intense as her other weight tapes.
So I would suggest trying:

--ebay (if you don't mind the bidding process) or

If you are patient you may find one here--I've seen it a few times.
