Lisa, I'm sorry to hear about the carcinoma! My father and a friend of mine have both had the Mohs procedure, where they take off tiny layers and examine them, and keep going till they come up clean. I hope you're okay. You're so fair (and you have blue eyes, don't you?)... sun really does a number on us, doesn't it.
What time did they call you? What in the world could be such an emergency at IBM that they have to wake you up in the middle of the night? I'd understand if you were a doctor on call... but sleep is precious and I don't get enough of it, either.
Murphy, how do you like the Tracie Long workouts? I used to do her Firm workouts (and liked her as an instructor), but I drifted away from the Firm after I started doing Cathe workouts.
I did Providence again. I'm doing kettlebell workouts twice a week -- trying to kick myself back into shape before I have to put on shorts again. Although over the years my shorts have become less like shorts and more like capris!
Not much to be done about my Casper-like legs, though... I hate the smell of fake tanner and I'm sure not going for the real thing (see aforementioned skin cancer risk)!
I've got to get back to doing the taxes... DS has a half-day today, and both kids have tomorrow off, so my work schedule is disrupted again.
Oh, and I have an afternoon doctor appointment. I hate, hate, hate going to the doctor. It is Germ World there, but I have such stomach pains lately that I'm driven by desperation and the fear of bleeding ulcers, stomach cancer, whatever...
...I think it's DH's fault. It's no coincidence that this started a couple of months ago, around the time that my only employee quit and DH started working us all day, every day... as in, weekends, evenings...
Yup, he's still in the doghouse with me. Keep begging, sweetie!
