I just finished Pyramid Lower Body and OH MY GOSH!!! My legs are jello for sure. Those inner thigh exercises using the stability ball - WOW - I don't think I've felt my inner thighs this much before in my life! I absolutely love this workout!
Has anybody been able to see any results from using PLB on a regular basis? I can't imagine if I don't stick with it that I wouldn't see results because my legs are t-i-r-e-d ....... I'm afraid to see how I feel tomorrow morning.
Oh, and I didn't use a lot of weight either - I figured being it was my first time I had better take it easy and see how everything goes. I'm sure glad I did.
