I just finished Pyramid Lower Body and OH MY GOSH!!! My legs are jello for sure. Those inner thigh exercises using the stability ball - WOW - I don't think I've felt my inner thighs this much before in my life! :) I absolutely love this workout!

Has anybody been able to see any results from using PLB on a regular basis? I can't imagine if I don't stick with it that I wouldn't see results because my legs are t-i-r-e-d ....... I'm afraid to see how I feel tomorrow morning.

Oh, and I didn't use a lot of weight either - I figured being it was my first time I had better take it easy and see how everything goes. I'm sure glad I did.

Thank you Cathe!

Marcia :)

Hi Marcia, I use PLB about three times a month. This is only my second month on it (along with PUB). I also use PS Legs, and the leg workout in Power Hour and MIS. I've been using PS Legs longer, about 4 months now. And I do see results. My legs are actually hard and sleek for the first time in my 34 years. And my calves, which I thought looked like butterballs behind my shins, have a nice shape. I think using weights that are heavy enough to fatigue me in a good way have helped me a lot.:)

I LOVE PLB! I see great definition when I use the Pyramids..sometimes using up only. I feel good and strong and I really enjoy the stability ball work...well...enjoy is the wrong word, but you know what I mean. PLB and PUB are awesome workouts in my opinion!:7

I made it up this morning. :)

I'm a little sore, but not bad. I know now at least that I can add a little bit more weight next time I do that workout. But, the strange thing is my one foot muscles hurt. I got to thinking it was probably from the stability ball because I know that I was using my feet muscles a lot to keep the ball in one place.

Have a great day everybody! Marcia :)

I love PLB!! I've done it many times and EVERY time I do it I'm sore for at least three days. Love that lower body workout with the stability ball. I'm usually screaming at Cathe while I'm doing it, but I sure like the results after I'm done. Love this workout! If I had only one choice to make in buying one of Cathe's DVD's, this would be the one.

Hi!

I love PLB too. I have even seen great results just doing the pyramid up or just the weight section.
Those step ups really helped shape my rear.

Hi !

I have just ended a four week rotation using PLB, PUB and ME, and they are awesome ! The pyramid series are great, they really shaped my upper and lower body, I can't say more, I am really pleased with the results, which surprised me because I've done each video only once a week. Seeing the good they've made for me has even convinced my BF to follow a rotation with me next time I will do the pyramid workouts ;-)

I just bought PLB and some others from someone, and I was watching PLB yesterday to see what I was in for, and oh my ..I thought doing the static lunges 16x4 was work, this is going to be something else. But, my legs and butt are going to be in great shape when its all said and done, and I haven't got to watch but 5 minutes of Muscle Endurance yet, and I read the post on it, someone saying it was the toughest lol, if PLB is tame compared to ME, oh my  lol ... looks like I got my work cut out for me lol :7 ... blessing Rhonda

I just did PLB too. My favorate dvd is PUB, but I'm not a fan of lower body work. I will be hurting for sure by tomorrow. Those floor exercies look easy, but you feel them!

I did PLB on Thursday night. I took a rest day on Friday. My hamstrings are still sore. The soreness didn't really settle in until today. It is a good sore and one of the many reasons why I love PLB. I think it is the stability ball work that makes me sore...love this workout! I find it difficult to really work my hamstrings at home and PLB does that for me!:)
