WOW! What a fun time I had doing SJP this morning! It was definitely one of the few times I've ever enjoyed hi/lo--especially when you spin around on one foot after the hamstring curls during the last section--WEEEEE!!! I can see this workout becoming a favorite, and I bet I'll be using a cardio premix or two as an add-on to weight days. It just had such a high Fun Factor for me, and I had a really grrrreat time!
