First time doing SPJ!

WOW! What a fun time I had doing SJP this morning! It was definitely one of the few times I've ever enjoyed hi/lo--especially when you spin around on one foot after the hamstring curls during the last section--WEEEEE!!! I can see this workout becoming a favorite, and I bet I'll be using a cardio premix or two as an add-on to weight days. It just had such a high Fun Factor for me, and I had a really grrrreat time!

P.S. Could Cathe do any more low-end squats?!}(
 
Yes, this one is definitely pure fun. I hate hi/lo and was disappointed when I heard the "preview" of this workout, but once I did it, I loved it, in spite of the hi/lo. They are fun little sections and they are short.
 
YES those moves in the hi/lo where you hop around in a circle make me GRIN! Only Cathe can make you grin while working out - whether its a comment she makes or how fun the move is.

SO FUN!
 
I agree! This is a fun and efficient workout. It's great as produced or for mixing and matching with other workouts. I like the ab section too.
 
I also did the step and hi/lo premix this morning and was surprised at how much fun the hi/lo section was. I normally don't enjoy hi/lo... Now I have a new favorite premix.:)
