We had a wonderful time and let me tell you, the DOMS has set in already! Whew, HB, those Gliders were killers! We started the day by meeting for a two hour workout which included me leading Hi/Lo routines, a circuit workout of walking lunges, walking plies and squats, followed by HB teaching us how to "Glide" and wrapped up the session with stabilty ball work which included LB work, AB work and Pilates-type exercise. WHEW! Then, we CRAWLED 7) downstairs to change clothes to go eat! We enjoyed a nice meal together at an Amish restaurant and topped off the day with dessert at my house. It truly will be a very memorable day in my life. We laughed lots and had a great time. Darlene, HB & Lorrie, it was such great fun spending the day with you all and I look forward to the next time.
