I own it. I've used it maybe 3 times in 6 months.
It shows a beginner form and an advanced form.
Personally, it feels like a bunch of stretching. The next day, I do feel some soreness in my obliques from the side plank position, but that's about it. My hams feel a bit sore because of the endless down-dogs.
The instructor never uses the yoga position names.
I actually use this video as a stretch video rather than a yoga video.
