I like the concept of the origing FIRM 90 day Rotation but honestly can no longer stomach the cheesy old FIRM's. Has anyone done this rotation with Cathe's?? If so what workout would you consider "Tortoise" or "Hare" or "Classics"??? I'm trying to put a rotation together but having trouble mainly b/c I have gotten rid of most of my FIRMs and dont quite remember what all the descriptions mean.
