This is where you take your dyna band and tie it around both ankles. Then you do 4 steps to the left and then 4 steps to the right. I hope I explained that right.
I'm sure if you look at the blog when Cathe and crew were filming, there's a shot of them doing it.

i know she does it in butts and guts and drill max(b/c i did both this week and glutes are still pretty sore LOL). i am not sure if she did them in 4DS. with the right band resistance its a tough exercise.
