I've used the tubing for Firewalker crab walks - you stand on the tubing, criss-cross the handles and perform the exercise as usual. It doesn't provide as much resistance as a loop, but does provide some. You can use tubing for other exercises too. Sometimes you have to grab below the handles to increase the resistance so lifting gloves are handy.Thank you, firemedic. I instruct a body sculpt class at my gym, and we don’t have the loops. We do have resistance bands (with the handles). So I am looking for a Cathe Live using the resistance bands so I can pick up some cueing tips and ideas.
