Firewalkers using resistance tubing on Cathe Live

Are you saying you don't have firewalker loops? If you don't, Cathe use to use the long 6 ft bands and tie it around your ankles and then hold the slack in your hand. I know she did this in Butts N Guts dvd if you want to see how she did it.
 
Thank you, firemedic. I instruct a body sculpt class at my gym, and we don’t have the loops. We do have resistance bands (with the handles). So I am looking for a Cathe Live using the resistance bands so I can pick up some cueing tips and ideas.
 
Cathe used the long band without handles when she tied it around her ankles. I'm not sure if you can do that with the bands with handles. Sorry, I should have been more specific before.

I've used the tubing for Firewalker crab walks - you stand on the tubing, criss-cross the handles and perform the exercise as usual. It doesn't provide as much resistance as a loop, but does provide some. You can use tubing for other exercises too. Sometimes you have to grab below the handles to increase the resistance so lifting gloves are handy.

There is a move in one of the Lives, that she uses tubing, standing, doing some sort
of Firewalker move. I looked to try & find which workout it’s in, and I know it’s in a
Live that I purchased, but I have purchased so many, I haven’t found it yet! I know
I liked the move.
