SNM Workout manager question

Cathe or anyone else, I'm confused about STS. Cathe recommends we track down and write down our reps and weights throughout each workout. I've done this on every workout card I've printed out during Meso 1. I'm assuming this will impact prescribed weight for the workout cards I print for Meso2. How do I log these weights in Workout Manager? Other than the 1Rep test section, is there any other way to track this? Am I supposed to refer back to the printed out cards and my handwritten notes? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks all.

I don't know if the WM will handle this for you, but what I have been doing is going back to the previous weeks workouts with my notes, and then modifying my weights manually based on that.

What I did was adjust the 1RM based on my 'actual weights' for Meso 1 week 1. That is to say, that some of the calculated weights turned out to be incorrect (too much or too little) and so I changed my 1RM during the first week. After that I didn't want to change my 1RM because then it would affect the 65%, 70%, etc. calculations. I did track manually what I lifted and will adjust manually moving forward if necessary.

Hope this helps. Stick with it even if it is a bit of extra work, it is going to be well worth, I can tell.

Thank you both for your answers :) Very helpful. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing anything. I will go back in and edit as suggested. I am loving this program.
