Well, I did it. I finally ordered the STS 40 discount bundle yesterday. It all started with the article on periodization training in Cathe's newsletter. Then my mouse just clicked on the STS Exercise Program. From there my mouse had to check the daily deals and then it clicked on the BUY NOW! Totally out of my control. I just had to surrender. I have been back and forth on this program for a couple of years. And yesterday the planets were aligned. I am really excited and looking forward to starting sometime this year. Thanks, Cathe!
