I have wanted these two series for eons but funds wouldn't allow. I've got a lot of Cathe's newer videos/DVDs but wanted to find out what all the hype about CTX was all about.
I started this rotation that I created this past Monday using the PS and CTX Series:
M - PS: Strong Legs & Abs
T - PS: Back Biceps & Abs + CTX Kickbox cardio only (do warmup & stretch)
W - CTX Power Circuit (w/u & cardio) + CTX Step & Intervals (just cardio, do before PC Abs & stretch)
T - CTX Upper Body + CTX Kickbox Abs
F - CTX Leaner Legs + CTX 10-10-10 (cardio only)
S - PS: Chest Shoulders & Triceps + CTX All Step (cardio & Abs/stretch)
S - Rest
M - Step & Intervals + PS: Chest only + Kickbox Abs
T - Power Circuit + PS: Back only
W - 10-10-10 + PS: Triceps only + All Step Abs
T - Kickbox + PS: Biceps only
F - Leaner Legs + PS: Strong Legs & Abs (floorwork only)
S - All Step + PS: Shoulders only
S - Rest
M - Leaner Legs + 10-10-10 (cardio)
T - PS: Back Biceps & Abs
W - Power Circuit (w/u & cardio) + All Step (cardio, skip warmup) and AS Abs
T - PS: Chest Shoulders Triceps + Power Circuit Abs
F - Step & Intervals (w/u & cardio) + PS: Strong Legs & Abs (skip warmup)
S - Kickbox
S - Rest
M - Power Circuit + PS: Chest Shoulders Triceps
T - Kickbox
W - All Step (do cardio twice!)
T - Step & Intervals + PS: Back Biceps & Abs
F - Leaner Legs + PS: Strong Legs & Abs (floorwork only, no abs) + 10 min cardio of choice
S - 10-10-10
S - Rest
I will add in extra stretching as time permits. I am LOVING these two series though!! They're probably my new faves!!!
