FINAL HOTEL DETAILS! Yeeeah!

Hi Amy!

I just called and they are working on getting the discounted price for us at the three hotels surrounding them. There are plenty of king size beds for Friday nite at this point but not Saturday. He said for everyone to keep calling and placing their reservations and that you ALL will be taken care of. You may be put in another hotel other then the Ramamda though just so you know. He reassured me that all three were nice hotels and he has worked with them in the past doing this same thing. He just cannot approve the discount TIL he talks to a certain person that will not be in til Monday. He will be keeping a list of all who call in for reservations and ALL will be placed. I just booked and they said they only had rooms with 1 king left and that they needed to tell everyone that they may be placed in another hotel, but that they were reserving the rooms. Looks like it's working as planned.

I'm excited to meet all of you. Like Christi I don't know anyone yet, but I've been reading the forum and can't wait to get there!

I'll be purchasing me baby doll tee soon so that you'll be sure to recognize me as part of the group.

Great Kassie! Glad it all worked smoothly. The problem they are having is that we have alraeady BOOKED 30+ rooms for both nights for the Cathe roadtrip. The second nite, there are two wedding parties staying sooo we are without a second nite after the 30+ we booked. I aksed him what about the rest of the gals staying there on Friday and moving on Sauturday but it would cause too much confusion and he felt it best to place the rest of the gang together in the other hotel. They are all closeby so it shouldn't be a problem for us all to meet up at one hotel at nightime to party. Thanks everyone. You guys are great!
