The format of lower body blast uses the high step cardio in the beginning and then after every few intense lower body exercises we do a short plyometric burst (and yes, one of those uses the high step). You are gonna have fun Jilly!

I am just sooooo excited for these workouts, Cathe!!! Congrats to you and thank you for all your hard work.

Will any of the cardio blasts in Lower Body Blast use the High Step? I just love using the High Step for cardio (like in HSTA, HSCh, and HSC)!!
