Filming is finished!!!!

Hi Everyone! We finished filming last night and we had a blast. Thank you to my team (((((((((((((Cedie, Jai, Brenda, Amanda, Nancy and Greg))))))))))))))). You all worked SO HARD and hung in there for some serious rehearsals. Amanda and Nancy, our Daytona casting call winners, fit in like they had been part of our cast for years. We all had wonderful chemistry and had some great laughs.

I am VERY excited about our new workouts. There is wonderful variety, lots of high intensity and the music just ROCKS! We had music created from the ground up that will keep you jumping and pumping, I can guarentee it!

I will be here for about 30 minutes if anyone has any questions about the new workouts! Have a great day everyone :D

Best news I could possibly hear on a Tuesday afternoon! All of the pictures that were posted got me itching to try some new moves! :D

Woot!! Woot!! Congrats on filming! Congrats to Amanda and Nancy on being able to be a part of it!! I can't wait for the new workouts!! I was wondering if Amanda and Nancy would be willing to share their bios, I would love to know their history, how long they have been working out with you, how they enjoyed the experience, what they did to get prepared for it etc. Thanks!

Hi Jamie! It's hard to decide, it depends what I am in the mood to do.

I think Intensity jams with fun factor! A great pace and great tunes.

High Reps has great tunes and lots of reps to whip you into shape.

Lower Body Blast has a unique and energizing format, fun variety and hurts so good!

STS has a nice steady pace (reminds me of Pyramid Upper Body) and you get a serious pump.

But if you are going to make me choose just one, it's Intensity cuz I'm a jumper at heart :D

WHAT?! Really? Oh my gosh I'm sooooooooooooo excited. I'll be camping out by my front door waiting for the UPS gal/guy. Cathe you are awesome. How you do it all is completely beyond me.
 
I'll have them write one up and post it. Give me a little time to do this though, so much to get caught up on :) For now I can tell you that they are true Cathletes at heart and do my workouts faithfully to support their busy lifestyles. Nancy has been a Cathlete for the last 8 years and especially loves my plyometric workouts and Amanda, also a Cathlete, has been jumping and sweating it out with my DVD's for 6 years. They are great women!

Cathe, what do you eat during the day of filming. Anything different than usual? Any regular foods that you always have during filming?

You must feel a great sense of accomplishment (though there's still lots of work ahead, I know)....congratulations! The pictures have been great and I look forward to seeing the final product.

Hi Victoria! On film day I start with Oatmeal and coffee. As the film day progresses I pick at little nibble foods like peanuts, fruit, and energy drinks. Then we break for lunch and I have a steamed meal of fish and rice (sometimes a veggie) to keep things very light in my belly. Then we film the second workout of the day and I repeat the pick foods. Then when filming is over I allow myself a couple of cheat days since I earned it :D

Will any of the cardio blasts in Lower Body Blast use the High Step? I just love using the High Step for cardio (like in HSTA, HSCh, and HSC)!!
