Feeling It!!

I love the cardio excercise I have been getting from Cathe's CTX w/o. I started w/ steps & intervals which also works your chest last Thursday. I did all step today w/ shoulder work and thought I'd throw the ol' chest w/o in there again. WWWHHHOOOAAA!!! I can still feel it. I am so glad I can really feel results. I have now completed the whole CTX series and love it!!!:7
 
IMO the CTX series is a Cathe Classic! I've had that series since she first produced it and then graduated of course from VHS to DVD. I incorporate parts of it into all kinds of workouts. Glad you are enjoying it!

CTX is the best boredom buster. You can mix and match segments and create your own workouts. I hope Cathe's upcoming series will have this kind of versatility. I NEED something new.:)

I got CTX today and did the upper body segment, holy smokes. I will be lucky if I can raise my arms in the morning. What a great workout. I can't wait to try the rest.
