feeling blah

Hey everyone,

I am just feeling down today for a few reasons. One, I have not worked out in four days because we went away and there was just no time. I did a lot of walking though, but I also ate a lot, and I mean a lot of crap. Last week I only worked out 3 days because things were hectic getting ready for this weekend getaway. So now I feel like a bloated, tired mess. I got on the scale this morning and I gained 3 pounds. I know three pounds can be bloating and what not, it still has me down though. The other thing is that I have been on a child-rearing leave for a year, and my time is up. I report back to work next week. I have two boys that will be in daycare. My oldest is 4, and he will be in a pre-k class, which I know he is ready for and he will be more than happy to be with other children. My other son is 14 months and he is the one I am worried about. He is a mama's boy. I think it is better that my hubby is going to be dropping off, and I will be picking up because he might not get so upset if it isn't me leaving him. I am both happy, excited and guilty and sad to be going back to work. I love my job, I just wish I could take my boys with me (as if I'd get anything done that way).

Anyway, I am definitely workoing out today. I am not sure if I should go all out and do the entire Body Max 2, or my favorite premix on that dvd, Cardio and Weights.

Anyway, thanks for reading and letting me vent a little.

A work out will definitely make you feel better. :)

{{{Kristin}}}. I have my share of down days...they aren't any fun at all. :(

Thanks Sparrow. It is funny how when you get used to working out regularly, when you take a few days off it affects your mood and attitude. I am always more positive and full of energy when I stick to it.
